Wyvern's Spur is the Berkeley chapter of Amtgard, nation wide medieval / fantasy combat game, and has been meeting weekly since 2001. We use safe foam 'weapons' supplemented by a magic system, to chase each other down and joyfully whack each other every week. So stop playing WOW! Stand up from your table top game, leave behind your MMORPG, and have some good fun! We meet at Cesar Chavez park, near the kite flyers, Sundays about 1pm and go until we're tired.

This group is founded to offer kiteboardes and stand up paddlers of all abillity to meet others who love those beautiful sports, but as well to people that have only seen those sports, got all excited about them and would like to have the chance to try and learn more about them Our common interest is the passion for kiteboarding and stand up paddle and our goal is simple...to be out on the water, be safe and have lots of fun.
